Canada and the US

Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more, before taxes. Orders under $100 USD ship for a flat $10 USD.

International

A flat $15 USD to every other country I ship to. The full list is at checkout.

International orders ship delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the price or the shipping cost, and I can't calculate them before you order. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. Your local customs office can tell you what to expect.

When it ships

Orders ship in 2–3 days. You'll get an email with tracking when yours leaves. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after that.

Addresses

I can't ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses. Please check your delivery address before you order: if an order goes astray because of a mistake in the address, a replacement isn't free.

If it hasn't arrived

Check the address in your shipping confirmation email, ask your local post office, and check with neighbours in case the courier left it with them. If the tracking shows delivered and you still don't have it, contact the carrier; they'll open an investigation and I'll help from my side.
